You have downloaded your theme ZIP and want to import it to your eshop. But all you get is a warning “Error during zip extraction“.
Ouch!
I have two tips for you:
- Connect to your FTP server and check the CHMOD of the folder: your_eshop/modules/themeinstallator/import and set it to 777. Try to import.
- Unzip the ZIP file and zip it again. (Use CleanArchiver if you’re a Mac user, Windows should ZIP the file fine) Try to import.
Of course, there is a chance the ZIP file is damaged and the problem may be somewhere else.
